Drought dries up the last hopes of the farmers to have a good harvest. Whether it is time to declare an emergency situation in some regions?
Drought, which affected Kazakhstan as well as some other countries, leaves practically no hope for having at least the average crop. Particularly high losses are fixed in the West Kazakhstan region. In western Kazakhstan, more than half of the spring wheat crops are hopeless. This drought continues in this region for the second consecutive year, and farmers have no desire to play with nature.
